Today marks the debut of my new blog header designed by my son. Didn't he do a great job? The background is a picture of Solomon's Seal from a local wildflower garden.
I'm also trying to clarify the focus of my blog with the new subtitle.
Snip--my nine-year-old designed it, not the three year old! I set him loose in Photoshop and that's what he came up with. I worked with him on the sizing and the main font, but he pretty much cropped and placed everything else.
I really love everything about it and I think it really set a wonderful tone for your posts. The only thing I might somehow add is how your photography , your phenomenal photography, draws us in and keeps very everything beautifully connected.
It's beautiful: light and airy. I also like how it is a close-up... mirroring you process of examining the details. Your son is very talented... will he come teach me photoshop?

It looks great, and captures the clarity and serenity you bring to all your work!
That is very fresh and calm. The subtitle goes perfectly with the picture and with your blog : subtle, delicate, profound and sincere.
I love it.
